Schedule D is an add-on form to Form 1040 to report property sales transactions, such as:

1. Sale of common stock.

2. Sale of preferred stock.

3. Sale of primary residence.

4. Sale of investment property.

5. Sale of Cryptocurrencies.

6. Sale of any other type of property.

Schedule D is required to be filled out if you have made any sale of the aforementioned properties.

 

This service includes:

1. Preparation of Schedule D.

2. Computation to determine whether there was a gain or loss on the transaction or transactions.

 

This service does not include:

1. Preparation of Form 1040 or the tax return.

2. Any service not mentioned in the included services is not included.

 

Important:

- If you are going to purchase the Annex D service, you should know that you must also have added the service of preparing the Form 1040 tax return (taxes) since Annex E cannot be done separately from Form 1040.

  • The payment made for the service is a final payment and is not refundable under any circumstances.

  • The payment made for the service is not transferable under any circumstances.

  • Once you make the payment for the services, we will contact you within 24-72 hours (working days Monday through Friday, not including holidays) to request the necessary information to perform the service.

  • Cancellations of services that have already been paid for are not accepted.

  • Before making a service payment, you must be very sure of the service since cancellations and refunds are not accepted.

  • In the case of digital products, at the time of purchase of the digital product, the client can download it.

    1. La Preparacion de la Forma 1040 o la declaración de impuestos.

    2. No se incluye ningún servicio que no haya sido mencionado en los servicios incluidos.

    3. No se incluye la preparación de Bookkeeping en el caso de que sea necesario. El servicio de Bookkeeping si es necesario el mismo seria cotizado el costo y facturad por separado.

El pago realizado por el servicio es un pago final y no reembolsable bajo ningún concepto.El pago realizado por el servicio no es transferible bajo ningún concepto.Una vez usted realice el pago de los servicios estaremos comunicándonos con usted dentro de 24-72 horas (días laborables lunes a viernes sin contar días feriados) para solicitar la información necesaria para realizar el servicio.Los métodos de comunicación de nuestra parte a usted seria por medio de email (info@ziontaxandinsurance.com) o por medio de llamada telefónica (407-247-6651).No se aceptan cancelaciones de servicios que ya han sido pagados.Antes de realizar un pago de servicio debe estar muy seguro del servicio ya que no se aceptan cancelaciones ni se realizan devoluciones.En el caso de productos digitales, al momento de la compra del producto digital el cliente puede hacer la descarga.La entrega de servicios una vez es realizado será a través de email (info@ziontaxandinsurance.com)
